The story behind Exactly HR:
My name is Natalie. I have 28 years technical experience in People, Talent & HR.
Our passion is to make a meaningful impact by solving complex challenges and providing innovative solutions that enhance engagement, motivation, and team cohesion.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son at Harrogate Town AFC, walking my dog, and pushing myself on Peloton.
I'm always seeking opportunities to learn and improve, both personally and professionally.
Both professionally and personally, I am especially passionate about working with young adults with learning difficulties, helping to create inclusive environments where everyone can thrive and feel valued.
